based in Hong Kong and Vancouver, B.C.,
Canada and has provided
consultations on immigration,
investment, business proposal
and accounting services for
public and private businesses.
Mr. Toy earned his Bachelor of
Commerce from the University of
Manitoba, Winnipeg in 1976 and
received his Canada CMA
accreditation in 1982.
Mr. Toy has over 20 years of
experiences in all aspects of
accounting, finance and
international trade between
China, Canada and the USA. He has
also previously served as a
Director, secretary and
controller for a number of
public companies. Mr.
Toy's extensive knowledge of
China and his relationships with
many of the leading companies
and businessmen of China has
proven to be a valuable asset. |
