Mr. Kurt Pichler has several
years of successful
entrepreneurial management
experience and has managed
ventures involving merger and
acquisition, investor and public
relations, financing,
import/export, sourcing foreign
product, customs, marketing,
negotiating, strategic planning
and business development.
Facilitated International
Mergers and Acquisition in China
for a US publicly traded company
OBN Holdings (OBNI.PK). One key
target was a 300 employee
plastics recycling factory in
Foshan City China with a net
asset value in exceed $5M USD.
Audits are completed & the
company is moving to the
American Stock Exchange.
Mr. Pichler has resided in both
Korea and China which has
resulted in the ability to speak
fluent Korean and intermediate
Mandarin Chinese. Over the last
year he has been involved with
consulting US public companies
with financing and marketing and
facilitating merging foreign
assets into them.
Mr. Pichler attended the British
Columbia Institute of Technology
and graduated with a diploma of
International Trade and
Transportation Logistics and wih
a Bachelor of Business
Administration, Studied at the
Zhongshan University, Guangzhou,
China

Mr. ‘AJ’ Amir has founded and
managed several companies, both
private and public, ranging from
recycling to oil and gas. He is
a member of the Society of
Exploration Geophysicists and
Microcap Company Political
Alliance Corporation (MCPAC).
Mr. Amir was born in Holland and
raised in Israel where he was
educated in advanced Mathematics
and Physics. At the age of 18,
he joined the Israeli Air Force,
served 3 years through the
Lebanese War and underwent
training in Technical and
Logistical Management.
After release from the Israeli
armed forces, he served with
various Israeli organizations
both at home and abroad (mainly
Europe). In 1988, Mr. Amir moved
to Toronto and served in various
capacities of security and
investigative work for the
Canadian government and certain
private persons, as well as,
working as a logistics
consultant to a multinational
cooperation.
Later, he moved to Vancouver,
B.C., and has since worked as a
private consultant in logistics
management and financing for a
number of international
companies (industries including:
computers, international
banking, wood products,
manufacturing and the
environmental solutions
industry).
Mr. Amir is a member of the
Society of Exploration
Geophysicists (SEG).
Mike Hartner, B.A., B.Sc., as
Technical Consultant, acts
as Genera
Pacific's
International Technical
Coordinator and has vast
experience with computer
networking and infrastructure.
Highlighted client list that
includes the Pacific Press,
Canada Post Rollout to supervise
others (only non-certified
member present), Several years
of good service in contracts
with SHL/EDS. Wide variety of

banking to tutoring, to
wholesale), Certified Novell 4.x
